Criterion Equipment provides genuine TCM forklift parts and ensures exceptional availability in respect of OEM forklift parts. It also provides alternative aftermarket options.

Maintenance with the option of
a maintenance contract

Criterion Equipment also offers the option of a full maintenance contract which covers all maintenance and service-related items, over the duration of the maintenance contract period. Maintenance contracts are offered as standard, on any of the lease options provided by Criterion Equipment.

Service with the option of
a service contract

Service contracts are optional for customers who do not wish to commit themselves to a maintenance contract. This option also proves beneficial to customers where machines are out of maintenance or warranty where Criterion Equipment continues to service the machines at regular service intervals.

Workshop

Criterion Equipment’s in-house workshops offer customers the option of maintenance, repairs or service at one of Criterion Equipment’s well-equipped branches.

Customizations, refurbishments, major repairs of equipment or components are also conducted in-house.

Our team of highly skilled technicians undertake regular OEM STEP technical training to remain abreast of technical developments.

Field service

Similar to its in-house offering, Criterion Equipment branches are equipped to attend to breakdowns, services or general maintenance in the field.
