Engineered for Power and Precision

TCM 2 – 3 Ton T5C Series Diesel and Gas Forklift

The FD(G)20T5C – FD(G)30T5C series is engineered to elevate logistics performance through a balance of power and agility. Designed for demanding environments, these internal combustion solid tyre forklifts feature a low centre of gravity to ensure optimal stability during heavy lifting.

Whether you are navigating confined warehouse aisles or managing high-volume loading docks, this range provides the structural integrity and refined ergonomics required for sustained operational excellence.

Operational Productivity and Safety

  • Fully Hydraulic Power Steering System: This system enables smooth, tight turns and effortless steering control, allowing you to navigate confined spaces with precision to reduce collision risks and increase workflow speed.
  • Full-Floating Powertrain: By isolating vibrations from the frame and chassis, this powertrain reduces operator fatigue and protects critical components from wear to ensure long-term reliability.
  • Integrated Mast Interlock: This safety feature automatically locks all mast movement when the switch key is turned off, which prevents accidental movement to safeguard your team against injury and protect goods from damage.
  • Neutral Safety Start: This design ensures the engine only starts when the control lever is in neutral, preventing the truck from jumping forward or backward upon startup to maintain a safe environment for nearby personnel.

Technical Specifications and Performance

This range is powered by a 44 kW diesel Mitsubishi S4S engine or a versatile 40 kW Nissan K25 dual-fuel engine (gasoline/LPG), both delivering high torque for consistent lift performance and steady operating speeds.

The cooling system features a high-capacity fan that regulates airflow effectively, allowing the machine to maintain peak performance even in extreme tropical temperatures or high-humidity conditions.

For maintenance, the large, well-organized engine bay provides easy access to key service points, enabling routine servicing without the need for specialized equipment.
