Designed for Everyday Handling

WRZ 2500 Standard Pallet Truck

The WRZ 2500 standard pallet truck is designed for general material handling across warehouses, distribution centres, and retail storage areas where consistent pallet movement is required. With a 2500 kg capacity, it supports everyday loading, unloading, and internal transport tasks with stability and control. The standard fork width allows compatibility with widely used pallet sizes, making it a practical choice for operations that require flexibility across different handling zones. Its straightforward design keeps operation simple, helping you maintain steady workflow in both open floor areas and moderately confined spaces.

Practical Performance and Durability

The WRZ 2500 is built for consistent day-to-day use where reliability and ease of handling are essential. The single load roller configuration (Ø80 mm) supports stable load movement while keeping the design simple and easy to maintain. Larger steering wheels (Ø180 mm) improve directional control, allowing you to guide the truck accurately through aisles and around obstacles.

With a net weight range of 78–102 kg, the truck provides a solid structure for handling loads while remaining manageable for operators. The fork width of 160 mm contributes to load stability during transport, helping reduce shifting when moving goods between receiving, storage, and dispatch areas.

Handling and Operational Efficiency

  • Standard fork configuration (685 mm width, 1220 mm length): Provides stable pallet engagement, allowing you to handle common pallet sizes with minimal adjustment.
  • Lift range (85 mm to 200 mm): Ensures pallets can be securely raised and cleared from the floor, supporting smooth transport across flat warehouse surfaces.
  • Balanced dimensions and height (1188 mm overall): Offers a practical operating position, helping you maintain control during repetitive handling tasks.
