Controlled Handling in Tight Warehouse Spaces

TCMC Pedestrian Pallet Stackers

The TCMC STW12T / STW15T pedestrian pallet stackers are designed for operations where space is limited, and load handling needs to remain precise and predictable. In warehouses, retail backrooms, and light industrial environments, operators are constantly moving pallets through narrow aisles, placing loads onto racking, and working around people.

The compact pedestrian design keeps the operator close to the load, improving visibility and giving better control during stacking and retrieval. A specialised drive and hydraulic system work together to deliver smooth travel and consistent lifting, helping reduce strain on both the machine and the operator during daily use.

Operational Control and Safety

  • Safety hydraulic system prevents sudden mast drop if a hose fails, while a multi lifting limit switch ensures safe travel throughout the lift cycle and automatic speed reduction engages when the lift height exceeds the pre-set threshold
  • Operator protection is provided by a belly button that prevents the truck from making contact with the operator, and an emergency disconnect that immediately cuts power when pressed
  • Anti-rollback braking prevents the truck from rolling back on ramps, adding an important layer of safety in facilities with inclined surfaces

Maintenance and Reliability

A maintenance-free battery removes the need for routine servicing. An optional battery display indicator with hour meter keeps operators informed of charge status and prompts timely recharging. Durable AMP connectors and high-quality electric wiring minimise the risk of electrical faults and component failures.

The detachable rear panel provides easy access for servicing, while onboard self-diagnostics display fault codes directly on the digital display, making troubleshooting quicker and keeping downtime to a minimum. Low-voltage cut-off protection adds a further layer of protection for the battery and electrical system.
