Purpose-Built for High-Density Warehousing

TCM 1 – 2.5 ton Stand-Up Reach Truck

The TCM FRB15-9 – FRB25-9 reach truck range is designed for operations where space is limited, and storage height is critical. Built as a stand-up reach model, it allows you to move, lift and position palletised loads efficiently within narrow aisles and racking systems.

The compact chassis and reach mechanism extend the forks into racking while keeping the truck stable, making it suited to distribution centres, manufacturing stores and high-throughput warehouses. With capacities from 1.0 to 2.5 tons, it supports a wide range of pallet handling tasks across varying facility sizes.

Operator Control, Safety and Workflow Efficiency

  • Presence switch pedal and interlock system – The truck only operates when the operator is correctly positioned, and movement is automatically stopped if not, reducing the risk of unintended operation in busy environments.
  • Anti-rollback system – Controls movement on inclines by limiting rollback after braking, allowing you to restart smoothly and maintain control on ramps and loading areas.
  • Soft landing system – Reduces fork lowering speed just before ground contact when unladen, minimising impact and protecting floor surfaces during repetitive handling cycles.

Performance, Efficiency, and Operational Control

The FRB-9 manages travel and hydraulics through dedicated independent CPUs, with a main CPU coordinating all operation and indicator settings for consistent, stress-free performance across demanding warehouse cycles.

An Eco mode limits maximum performance when full power is not required, reducing electricity consumption during routine tasks. The operation characteristics system allows adjustment of acceleration, response and control feel to match operator skill and application.

Stability is maintained through two dedicated systems: an automatic suspension that locks the control linkage during turns and hydraulic operations to reduce vehicle tilting, and an anti-slip system that limits drive power when tyre slippage is detected on low-grip surfaces.
